CCP Caedmon details what is to come with the first few releases of our incoming social network. Some highlights:

• Detailed character profiles.
• Status updates and wall comments a la Facebook.
• Corp and Alliance calendars.
• Buddy (and enemy?) system that allows setting security status for corps and alliances.
• “The mail system is implemented similarly to Gmail”. Can’t say they aren’t ambitious.

Hm. Some of this is looking awfully familiar.
